[CINC] 4.19 HELP

HI All,
Unfortunately I've come down with a very bad chest cold and fear I 
won't be able to talk well tomorrow. I had hoped I would be feeling 
better today but it's not looking good. Is there anyone willing to 
trade a trip? Otherwise I will give it up; it's from 8-5 out of 
Ventura. And it is an Island Hike trip.
