[CINC] CX 4/21

The noon time trip had eight passengers.  Two  cow calf pairs were spotted, 
one east of the harbor entrance and one west.   The passengers also spotted 10 
Sea Otters and a few bottlenose  dolphins.
 
The 3 PM trip spotted one Humpback that did breach  but only a few of the 40 
passengers did see it.
 
We also got to see 12 Sea Otters 1/3 of a mile  offshore.
 
East of the harbor entrance, Captain Matt spotted  a cow calf pair swimming 
close to the shore  line.
