[CINC] Outreach and whale watching opportunities in May

Greetings, Naturalists!

Thanks for all the help with outreach during April, one of our busiest 
months. We still have a few opportunities in May that might interest you:

    * Safe Boating Day in Oxnard on May 10th
    * Children's Festival in Santa Barbara on May 17th
    * BioBlitz in Agoura Hills on May 31st
