[CINC] CINC volunteer Catherine French wins award

Congratulations to Catherine French for receiving the 2007 Yachtswoman 
Excellence Award from the Yacht Racing Union of Southern California. 
This is the THIRD time she has received it. Catherine was cited for her 
stewardship via the CINC as on of the reasons she was selected.
