[CINC] ONMS Weather and Water Page

I have heard that, because of funding problems, NOAA may be pulling out its 
Santa Barbara Channel ocean buoys.   If this is a true possibility, is there 
anything we (Nat. Corps) can do to encourage the buoys to remain?   They serve a 
variety of useful services.
