CINC Volunteers,
 Last night, NOVA of the PBS channel. had an hour long program which highlighted our Marine Mammal Centers in  California and the  plight of our marine mammals in need of attention. Special  focus was afforded to  Domoic Acid and its spread since 1998. THE PROGRAM WILL BE RE-SHOWN on NOVA at 10 p.m. this Friday, the 28th. 
 Also, in Sunday's SB News-Press, Peter Hosworth had a very good article on whether cetaceans completely go to  sleep or not?  The scientific consensus, according to Peter,  has changed due to recent  studies. Maybe RON DREHER can crank it up on line for us??     Paul Petrich
