Enjoy Living History Day in English and Espanol at Olivas Adobe Historical Park is Sunday. September 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  4200 Olivas Park Drive, Ventura. 
Meet historical figures of the day such as Doña Teodora Olivas, mother of 21 children and matriarch of the Olivas family.  Entertainment provided.  Donation $2 for adults.

Directions:  At San Buenaventura's Harbor Boulevard, instead of heading west at Spinnaker Drive to the CINP's Robert Lagomarsino Visitor's Center into the Marina, turn back in time the opposite direction onto the road convincingly named Olivas Park Drive.  Olivas Adobe is found 0.8 miles, much less to a legua (league) to the east.
