 This makes me wonder if the plastic  bags I saw draped around Spinner  Dolphin ( like a  necklace ) in Hawaii two  years ago, were objects of play rather than food? Either way,  not good.    Paul

After seeing Scott Robertson’s post on this intriguing bit of video, I did a little checking of my own on its veracity. As Scott correctly points out, http://www.snopes.com is a very good clearing house for checking into potential urban legends. I did a search of their site and came up with the following:
