[CINC] SEPTEMBER OUTREACH

Hi there, to clarify volunteer guidelines, you are required to wear your 
CINC uniform while on volunteer duty, and trips and outreach must be 
scheduled through the park and sanctuary offices to receive credit for 
your time.  We appreciate CINC efforts to clean up our local waterways 
and beaches!
