7 Humpbacks (up-close, many in distance)
12 Risso's dolphins
1000 Longnose common dolphins
many common dolphins

The Blue whale cow-calf pair created excitement.  The calf was very small.  There were several passengers who said they saw the same whale a couple of weeks ago, and she did not have a calf with her.  They identified her by her unusually knobby back.  They said they had seen her several times this summer and even talked about how much thinner she looked.         Joanna
