[CINC] Brown Pelican article in STAR

Fellow Naturalist,
 I just returned from a trip to Seattle. That city's local newspaper also had a front page article on this event on the 7th. The article also mentioned the fact that an unusually high number of Brown Pelicans have been counted in the Puget Sound area this winter, where they are not common. Fortunately,none reported as sick.   Paul
