[CINC] CX Cancelled

[HAL ALTMAN]

I feel bad for everyone who's been cancelled out.  (Out of my last 8 trips,
I've been cancelled 7 times.)  But mostly, I feel bad for Fred, Mat, Dave
and the crew of the Condor.  It's been a slow season for them.
