[CINC] Sub or shift swap for Children's Festival

Greetings,

I am scheduled for the 1:30pm-4:30pm outreach shift at the Children's Festival this Saturday at Alameda Park in Santa Barbara.

I sadly won't be able to do it, as my job orientation has been moved to Saturday afternoon after being canceled a couple of times due to the Jesusita fire.
