[CINC] Naturalist for 5/30 Shearwater trip

Greetings, Naturalists!

Please see the request below for a naturalist on the Shearwater this
Saturday out of Ventura from about 9am-3pm. Or if you're in SB you could
depart at 7:30am and return at about 5pm. Please let me know if you'd like
to go. You do not need to be island trained to join in.

      Hi there,
      We would love to have a CINC naturalist join us on a trip on 5/30 on
      the
      Shearwater. It is a trip for a BWET grant with the RESTOR project run
      by
      Monique Meyers.
      We will be doing some water quality and plankton sampling at 3
      stations,
      will look for whales and do marine mammal sightings and may land on
      Scropion SCI for lunch.
      The trip will depart from Ventura at 9am and return by 3pm. I'd love
      to
      have someone that has
      experience working with school groups. There will be 24 people (one
      teacher and student from each school)

      I will be boarding the boat in SB at 730 and returning on the boat at
      5
      if the naturalist wants to leave from Santa Barbara.
