[CINC] SEA OTTER ARTICLE

All, thought I would share this study on sea otters, especially timely 
since the last CINC meeting on the status/decline of the southern sea

I did a quick search in the marine mammal database and it shows 3 
sightings June 2008, wonder what /our /sightings will be this year...
