Hi All,

Tally for today:

Humpback Cow/Calf Pair (2)
Blue Whale (1)
Common Dolphins (3 pods), First two pods small (< 50 animals) and  
last pod at least 1500 animals

Great day on the channel!!  Calm and pleasant though not very sunny.   
First cow/calf pair was shy ... not even one small peek at the  
flukes.  Second pair made up for the first and then some!!  Mom did  
lots of "peck slapping" by laying on her back, rolling from side to  
side and smacking the pectoral fins very hard on the water.  Then Mom  
decided to spy hop, so she did that for a while as well.  Also lots  
of fluking and spy hoping by the baby.
