[CINC] Dolphin kill in Taiji Japan

Those who have seen the documentary, "The Cove," will find this piece from
NPR interesting and possibly hopeful.  Even if you have not seen the film,
but are aware of the annual slaughter of Dolphins you will appreciate this
piece.
