[CINC] CINC on Condor Express

Dear CINC Volunteers:
The Condor Express has requested that I remind CINC volunteers to keep 
all viewing spaces on the upper deck, lower deck and railing open for 
paying passengers It is very important to the Condor Express that their 
passengers have the opportunity to get good views of the marine life and 
we definitely want to promote that as naturalists on the boat.
