island volunteers know that I will be giving a free slide show and
lecture on San Nicolas Island on Friday August 15th. It will be given
in the Garden library from 12 noon until 1 pm and there is no admission
charge.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Copies of the Garden's new book on the
plants of San Nicolas Island will be available for sale in the Garden
Shop.</font>
