In either case, we would like: The text of the book review, which should include: Title of book or story Author of book or story Genre of the book (see info for more info) Date the book or story was published Number of pages in the book A brief description of the book Your opinion of the book A rating of the book, on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being terrible, 10 being the best) Links to websites about the book or about the author (optional) Appropriate age group for the book (Elementary, Intermediate, Young Adult, or Adult) The name of each reviewer The age of each reviewer The grade of each reviewer (we accept reviews from grades 4-8,which is ages 9 - 14) The name of the school/learning organization you attend The address of the school/learning organization you attend An E-MAIL we can use to contact you so we can tell you when your review is on the Web An illustration, done by the reviewer, of the book (optional) A picture of each reviewer (optional)
