What got you interested in Art? Art brought me a very fulfilling, relaxing feeling. Enjoying the indescribable feeling of being creative and experimenting with different ideas and techniques. As a youngster I noticed things of beauty in the every day world that we exist. This world, filled to the brim of real life imitating art.
Where do you find inspiration for your paintings? Through other artists, through finished projects, new thoughts and ideas. My art is the perception of my feelings. What is your favorite style of painting? My favorite style would have to be abstract art because for me it's a lot easier than trying to express myself through realism.
Do you prefer a certain medium? I really enjoy working with colored pencils, but acrylic paintings allow me the quickest way to express my art. What are your goals as an artist? To be able to financially support myself and still be able to do artwork full-time, that is my goal. Are you influenced or inspired by any artists? Elvis Presley! What kind of artwork do you expect to be doing in the next 12 months or so? I'm researching the procedure for making Mexican Folk Artwork particularly "Dia de los Muertos" themes. How would you describe your style of artwork? A soulful cry of a spirit trying to express its inter most feelings through artwork. That's my style.
