Dudleya

    The dudleya is a strange looking plant.  There are many species of dudleya.  It is a succulent.  The dudleya has fat, tube like leaves. The leaves can store water.  This plant grows in rocky or sandy soil, and does not need much rainfall.
    Some species of dudleya are becoming hard to find on the Channel Islands.
