From Downtown Buffalo, start at Niagara Street (Highway 266), proceed North on Niagara Street until you reach Jersey Street.

Turn right onto Jersey Street and proceed on Jersey Street for 5 and 1/2 blocks to Porter Street. The Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum, PORTER HALL is on the southwest corner at 453 Porter.
