Barbara, the Community Environmental Council (CEC) works from its Gildea Resource Center to pioneer new
ways of solving environmental problems through design and
implementation of innovative environmental management systems.
CEC's unique role is to connect government agencies, business and
industry, universities, regulatory bodies, environmental organizations
and the community as they address environmental issues.
